For me, I think it's safe enough for him to know where he comes from without much editing, although we may want to blur out some of the...information about Jenova herself, so as not to encourage him to think himself as something too powerful. That must have been part of the mistake in the first place. It may be better to stress the fact that he was born from a human, just with the added...influence, of the other cells.
Could we also edit in something to secure his loyalty to me? Some hint of a friendship, or something of the sort? I should have some means of benefitting from this, after all.

Do we encourage him to discover his own past, given the information Sephiroth himself has provided me with, or do we leave him lost in the clouds of his thoughts? I haven't quite figured out which would work best. I'm happy to defer to your expertise.

While it does help keep the Jenova cells in check- which is what you can tell the flower girl- it's also a mood stabilizer. Every time he has one of his attacks, this will counter the headache and send a chemical response to keep him on track.
You have no idea the horrors - and, to their credit, miracles - the R&D department managed to cook up, especially underneath my father. This is hardly outlandish at all.
